Clinical Lead - Nurse ( RGN / RMN / RNLD )Coventry £48,000 - £52,000We are seeking an experienced Clinical Lead Nurse / Senior Registered Nurse to join a modern, purpose-built nursing home. As Clinical Lead, you will provide strong clinical leadership, support nursing teams, and help deliver outstanding, person-centred care for elderly residents in a high-quality care home environment.About You Valid NMC PIN and Registered Nurse ( RGN
/RMN / RNLD ) qualificationPrevious experience in a nursing home, care home, or elderly care settingProven experience as a Senior Nurse, Clinical Lead, Deputy Manager, or similar leadership roleStrong clinical skills with the ability to lead, mentor, and support nursing teamsComprehensive knowledge of elderly care, clinical governance, and care home regulationsPassionate about delivering exceptional resident care and improving quality outcomesExcellent communication, organisational, and leadership abilities We welcome applications from experienced Clinical Leads as well as Senior Nurses with leadership experience who are ready to step up.
