This post is ideal for senior radiology trainees (ST5+ or equivalent) seeking to consolidate and extend their IR skillset ahead of consultant practice.

Accredited training in radiology is required, and the successful applicant will have the opportunity to gain experience within this radiology sub-specialty, under the guidance and supervision of the Interventional Radiology team. It is also expected that applicants will also contribute to the general radiology workload including participation in the Interventional (SpR) on-call rota.

The appointee will be expected to be on or to be eligible for the Specialist Register for Clinical Radiology before taking up the post.
