Clinical Deputy Manager Pudsey, West Yorkshire£24.51 per hour36 hours per week – 12 hours supernumerary / 24 hours nursingWe are recruiting for an experienced Clinical Deputy Manager to join an established care provider in West Yorkshire.Working alongside the Home Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care while supporting the nursing and care teams.About You Active NMC PIN with significant nursing experience within adult social care.Previous experience in a senior clinical or management role.Strong knowledge of CQC, clinical governance and quality assurance.Experience coaching and developing care teams.Level 4/5 Health & Social Care qualification, or willingness to work towards one.Strong communication, organisational and leadership skills.
