To be an effective member of the clerical team and to assist with the provision of a comprehensive clerical and office support service to the locality based Facilities team, supporting their day-to-day responsibilities to ensure that priorities are delivered accurately, timely and effectively.

Essential

  • ECDL or equivalent experience of working with Microsoft Packages to include Excel and word.

  • Evidence of continuing professional development.

  • Experience of using databases.
  • Ability to work to agreed timetables/deadlines.

  • Experience of working in the NHS.

Knowledge

  • Knowledge and understanding of NHS.

  • Ability to prioritise own work against a background of change and uncertainty.

Skills

Essential

  • Ability to develop and sustain relationships with a wide range of individuals and within group. Excellent numerate, oral and written skills. Excellent communication skills. Able to work in a busy office environmental and deal with a number of different tasks. Ability to prioritise.

  • Knowledge of NHS structures and processes.

Welsh Language Requirements
