Job description
Our client Blackburn with Darwen council is looking for a Children's Social Worker to join their Adoption service. This post is based in our Blackburn with Darwen, Life Long Families Team and includes statutory case responsibility for children on Placement Orders with a care plan of adoption. You will be responsible for working closely with the RAA Adoption Lancashire Blackpool to track children who are on PLO or in the court arena and attend care planning meetings.
