The starting salary for this role is £16.87 per hour PLUS an additional £2.53 per hour annual leave allowance.This role offers flexible working with availability for before and after school hours, during school holidays and at the weekend. Our aim is to provide a quality assured service as part of a child’s care plan, with the overall mission of improving outcomes for disabled children in Surrey. We are looking to grow our team of Support Workers across all areas of Surrey!This is a challenging but genuinely rewarding career where you will play a key role in supporting children to reach their full potential. This will involve helping them in their own home with personal care and manual handling tasks but also helping them to access leisure and community opportunities.We match our Support Workers to the child based on your experience, skills and availability; ensuring we provide a consistent service that is specially tailored both to the child’s care plan and your strengths.We support children across Surrey, but will aim to match you with a child within half an hour of your home.
