Children's Home Deputy Manager Salary up to £51,250 per annum
NonStop Consulting is working with a reputable children's charity to find a Deputy Manager who can oversee one of their specialist Children's homes in Croydon.

Key Responsibilities: The Deputy Manager will work closely with the Registered Manager to oversee a specialist Children's home in Croydon. You will assist the Registered Manager in safeguarding and ensuring every child and young person receives high quality care as measured by Ofsted. Requirements:
Deputy Manager or Team Leader experience in working within a residential children's home an understanding of trauma informed practiceLevel 3 qualification
