Children's Community Clinical Support Worker

Qualifications & Training

Essential: - Level 2 studies in Paediatric Support or Health and Social Care or equivalent

Desirable: - Level 3 in Health Care studies

Previous Experience

Essential: - Previous experience with children and/or in a health care setting

Desirable: - Previous experience within Continuing Care

Skills

Desirable: - Competencies in clinical nursing skills

Knowledge

Essential: - An understanding of safeguarding issues; - Knowledge of information governance; - An understanding of lone working and conflict resolution

Desirable: - An understanding of issues surrounding children with complex needs
