Chief Cardiac Physiologist, London

Perform and report adult transthoracic echocardiograms to BSE standards using the latest equipment and software.

Provide expert support to peers through our second-opinion rota, upholding clinical best practice.

Play a leading role in mentoring trainee physiologists and supporting their development.

Get involved in clinical audits, help drive service quality, and influence future improvements.

Ensure equipment is well maintained with regular quality assurance checks.

Support urgent clinical referrals through clear, professional communication with GPs and hospital teams.

Help keep patient systems up to date and assist with bookings as needed.

BSE accreditation (or equivalent) with strong experience in adult transthoracic echo

A confident, independent reporter with a patient-first mindset

Skilled in working within BSE guidelines and committed to quality and safety

A natural mentor with a desire to share knowledge and grow the next generation of cardiac physiologists

A team player with strong communication skills and attention to detail

Up-to-date on Information Governance, Data Protection, and Caldicott Principles

We are currently seeking an experienced and driven Chief Cardiac Physiologist to join our dedicated Echo team at InHealth. This is an exciting opportunity to work across our well-established clinics in North London, including Islington, Edmonton, Enfield, Waterloo, and Golders Green. While you may work across different sites, you will be based at the same clinic for the full day.

What Youll Be Doing

Youll work at one of our North London clinics each day (you won't move between locations during the day), so you can settle in and focus on what you do best: delivering excellent care.
