With our department covering a range of procedures and services but working with the wider multidisciplinary team and other hospitals. We require you to provide excellence in your communication and teamwork with a personable, approachable, and respectful manner to both individuals of our wider cardiology team and our patients and visitors. Your primary role will be scan and report echocardiograms solo when all competencies are met and the Band 7 post is achieved. Our aim is delivering a high-quality service for all patients within your sphere of influence and perform to the level of an independent practitioner within our specialised technical cardiology field. There is the aim for this role to provide clinical and managerial leadership and support all our staff including providing support and guidance to develop our staff.

Qualifications
Essential
- BSc Clinical Physiology, Cardiology or equivalent with significant experience at Senior Cardiology Physiologist level
- BSE Adult accreditation or equivalent
Experience
Essential
- Knowledge and experience of working in all areas of Technical Cardiology
- Significant experience of working in echocardiography at Senior level
