Care Team Leader

The role offers £14.36 per hour, a refer a friend scheme, ongoing career development, and a company pension scheme. This position requires at least 2 years of experience in social care and a QCF Level 2 qualification. You'll be leading by example, providing high-quality care and companionship, supporting residents, and working closely with families and healthcare professionals. Your work goes beyond tasks; it's in how you lead, support your team, and create a warm, welcoming environment where residents feel truly at home.
