Job summary The applicant will provide 1:1, person-centred support to our clients in line with each individual’s care plan, preferences and routines. Main responsibilities will include medication support, prompts or physical assistance with personal care, meal preparation and nutrition, maintaining a clean and safe home environment, attending appointments and supporting activities such as shopping, walking, swimming, going to the gym or cinema, listening to music, dancing and completing jigsaws…
