Whether you already have experience in care or are looking to build a rewarding career in the sector, we will provide the training and support needed to help you succeed.You will have a caring and empathetic approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build positive relationships with residents, their families and colleagues. You'll be a team player who can also work independently, using your initiative to provide high-quality, person-centred support that promotes dignity, choice and independence.Experience within a care setting is desirable, but above all we are looking for individuals who share our values, have a positive attitude, and are committed to delivering outstanding care.
