Location: North YorkshireSalary: £60,000 - £65,000 + BenefitsJob Type: Full-time We are excited to offer an exceptional opportunity for a qualified RGN or RMN with an active NMC pin to join as a Care Home Manager for a newly opened nursing home in North Yorkshire. This role is ideal for someone with proven nursing home management experience, ready to lead all aspects of the home's operation to ensure outstanding clinical care, regulatory compliance, team development, occupancy growth, and financial performance. Day-to-day of the role:

Oversee the daily operations of the nursing home, ensuring high standards of care and service are maintained.Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team to ensure effective delivery of care plans and resident satisfaction.Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and achieve positive outcomes in CQC inspections.Manage budgets and financial plans, focusing on occupancy growth and operational efficiency.Foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in care.Engage with residents, families, and the community to maintain the home’s reputation and service standards. Required Skills & Qualifications:

Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with active NMC registration.Proven experience as a Care Home Manager within a nursing home setting.Strong clinical leadership and governance experience.Demonstrated track record of achieving positive CQC outcomes.Experience in leading and developing multidisciplinary teams.Commercial awareness with responsibility for managing budgets and driving occupancy.
