Highly Competitive Pay: Umbrella: £21.00 per hourPAYE (Rolled-Up): £17.91 per hourGuaranteed Hours: 45+ hours per week (excellent earning potential!).Adventure & Experience: Live and work in incredibly scenic, close-knit island communities.Travel-Ready: Open to candidates willing to relocate/travel from anywhere in the UK. Shift Patterns & Hours Hours: 45+ hours per week.Flexibility Required: Ability to work 5-6 days per week.Shifts: Typically between 07:00 - 22:00 (including potential for split shifts, long days, and night shifts). Key Responsibilities Direct Care & Support: Provide high-quality, person-centered care to older adults within a care home setting, strictly following personalized care plans.Daily Living Assistance: Assist residents with personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility.Medication Administration: Safely administer prescribed medications and closely monitor resident well-being.Safety & Teamwork: Maintain a safe, supportive living environment, managing moving and handling tasks safely, and undertaking lone working duties where required.
