The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent interpersonal and organisational skills as well as a good level of competency in IT.
Ideally you will be a team player who has a eye for detail and a love for admin, can demonstrate outstanding communication skills, initiative, can self motivate and can prioritise your own workload.
Knowledge of some medical terminology would be advantageous.
- Coordinate patient appointments, follow-ups, and care schedules efficiently
- Act as a point of contact for patients and their families, providing guidance and support
- Liaise with healthcare providers to facilitate communication and ensure continuity of care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with data protection regulations
- Organise documentation related to treatment plans, referrals, and prescriptions
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence
- Ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures at all times
