Successful applicants are expected to be organised, people-focused, and able to keep things running smoothly with strong attention to detail and confidence in a busy environment. Applicants must also have at least 12 months remaining on their right to work in the UK and hold a full UK driving licence with access to their own vehicle. A day in the life of a Care Coordinator involves matching carers with clients and organising care schedules, supporting the setup of new care packages, keeping rotas running smoothly to ensure continuity of care, communicating with families and healthcare professionals, recording staff availability, absences, and emergency calls, and providing on-call support during evenings and weekends when required.
