Were looking for a Care Coordinator who enjoys organising, problem-solving, and connecting the right carers with the clients who need them most. We offer a £27,000 annual salary, refer-a-friend bonus of up to £1,000, fully funded training and career development up to QCF Level 5, Blue Light Card discounts, company pension scheme, and on-demand pay. Were looking for someone who is organised, people-focused, with strong organisational skills and attention to detail, ability to work confidently in a busy, fast-paced environment, full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle. A minimum of 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK and at least 1 year administrative experience are required. Experience in care would be desirable but not necessary. The role includes coordinating care services, matching carers with clients, planning rotas, recording staff availability, and participating in on-call rotations.

About you: Were looking for someone who is organised, people-focused and enjoys keeping things running smoothly, as well as:
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work confidently in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle

- At least 1 year Administrative experience.
- Experience in Care would be desirable but not necessary.
The role of a Care Coordinator - Coordinate care services and client schedules
- Match carers with clients to meet individual needs
- Support the setup of new care packages
- Plan rotas to ensure continuity of care
- Communicate with families and healthcare professionals
- Record staff availability, absences, and emergency calls
- Participate in the on-call rota when required
- Willingness to cover the on-call phone (additional pay provided)
- Role is predominantly office based, with some need to deliver care within an extra care setting
