As a Care Assistant, you will support residents with their everyday needs, from personal care and mealtimes to activities, companionship and emotional wellbeing. The role is about much more than practical support: it is about building trusting relationships, encouraging choice and independence, and helping each person enjoy their day. You do not need previous experience in care, as full training and ongoing support are provided. We are looking for people who are reliable, positive, good listeners and willing to learn, with a genuine desire to treat everyone with dignity and respect. Our multi-award-winning organisation is looking to recruit a Care Assistant to join our Care team.

As a Care Assistant, youll support residents with daily living, from personal care to mealtimes and activities, always taking a person-centred approach. Youll get to know each resident as an individualwhat matters to them, what makes them smileand tailor your support to help them live well.
No two days are the same, but every day is meaningful.
What youll be doing - Supporting residents with personal care and daily routines
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Encouraging independence, choice, and dignity
- Assisting with meals, activities, and wellbeing
- Working as part of a supportive team to deliver outstanding care
- Building positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues

Working pattern Youll work on a two-week rolling rota:
Week 1: 4 days Week 2: 2 days 12-hour shifts (8am8pm), including some weekends
