As a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you will be responsible for helping residents enjoy each day by ensuring they receive the quality care and support they deserve. This involves assisting with daily living activities, providing support and companionship. The role offers a fulfilling environment where every day is different, with tasks varying widely.
