As a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll be responsible for helping residents enjoy their daily lives by providing the quality care and support they need. This role involves assisting residents with daily living, supporting them with food and drink, and spending one-on-one time with them to create great moments and memories. You'll be expected to provide support and companionship, and every day will present new challenges and rewards.
