Join our care home team as a Care Assistant and make a real difference in residents lives while building a rewarding career in care. No experience is necessary, just compassion and the right to work in the UK. We provide fully funded training and career development, with qualifications up to QCF Level 5. The role includes providing high-quality personal care, supporting residents with daily activities, administering medication, and offering companionship. You'll work 36 hours per week, including alternate weekends, with opportunities for days and nights. The role of a Care Assistant
- Provide high-quality personal care andsupport to residents.
- Assist with medication administration and recording.
- Support residents with daily living activities and routines.
- Build meaningful relationships and provide companionship.
- Help enrich residents' lives through activities, hobbies, and social engagement.
- Promote residents' dignity, independence, and well-being.
- Work as part of a caring team to deliver outstanding person-centred care
About you: You dont need previous care experience. What matters most is your kindness and motivation to help others.
