Do you want to be the reason someone smiles today? Agincare Homes Holdings in Derby is seeking Care Assistants to join our team and help residents live comfortably and with dignity. No prior experience is needed, as we offer comprehensive training to ensure you provide the best care possible. You'll be involved in daily support tasks, administration of medication, and social engagement activities that enrich residents' lives. What you will be doing
- Provide personal care and support.
- Administer and record medication.
- Assist with daily living activities.
- Support activities and social engagement.
- Promote dignity, independence, and well-being.
- Deliver person-centred care as part of a team.
What youll bring

- Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK (we cannot currently offer sponsorship)
- Able to work alternate weekends
- Opportunities Available:
- Night Care Assistant to work 36 hours per week from 8pm to 8am to include alternative weekends
- Bank Care Assistant to have the flexibility to work as and when required to include day and weekend shifts
