It can involve supporting people with their daily routines, including household tasks and personal care; helping with shopping, preparing nutritious meals, and making a comforting cup of tea; providing companionship, a listening ear, and friendly conversation; and helping with medication. What We Offer: Fully funded professional training, qualifications and career development, flexible contracts to suit you, up to £12.75 per hour and paid mileage 32p per mile, refer a friend earn up to £1,000*, Blue Light discounts & pension scheme. You dont need previous care experience, as long as you bring a warm and compassionate nature with great people skills and a positive, team-focused attitude, a full UK driving licence, flexibility to work alternating weekends, and a minimum of 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK (please note we cannot offer sponsorship).
