Join Bridport as a Home Care Assistant with Agincare UK, and make a real impact through your compassion. Supporting people to remain independent and comfortable in their homes, a career as a home carer is deeply rewarding and positively impacts someone's day. The role involves helping individuals with daily routines, including household tasks and personal care, assisting with shopping, preparing meals, and providing companionship and conversation. It also involves assistance with medication. Agincare offers fully funded professional training, flexible contracts, up to £14.20 per hour, paid mileage, and benefits like Blue Light discounts and a pension scheme. No previous experience is necessary; bring a warm nature, great people skills, and a positive team attitude. A full UK driving licence is required, with the flexibility to work alternating weekends and at least 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK.
