Responsible for: All administration functions related to the organisation and delivery of Cancer MDT working. The provision of an organisational and statistical service to the Cancer Site Specific Multidisciplinary Teams. The collation, recording and submission of cancer information on a national level. Prospective tracking of all suspected and confirmed cancer patients through the care pathway.

  • ECDL/IT skills or willingness to undertake
  • Good standard of education

  • Experience of working within the NHS

  • Ability to demonstrate effective time management

  • Experience working with a variety of departments/levels

  • Knowledge of a variety of data entry systems
  • Demonstrate knowledge of medical terminology or willingness to undertake further study in this subject
