It starts with you. As a Hospital Business Development Manager you will lead strategic growth initiatives, expand our service lines, and strengthen partnerships to increase market share and revenue. In this pivotal role, you'll use market insights, relationship-building skills, and commercial acumen to grow our presence, increase revenue, and ensure our services meet the evolving needs of our community. Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and referral sources.Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and patient demographics to inform growth strategies.Collaborate with clinical and executive leadership to expand service lines and improve program offerings.Build and maintain relationships with physicians, payers, and community stakeholders.Develop and present business proposals, financial models, and growth plans.Track performance metrics and adjust strategies to meet revenue and volume targets.Support contract negotiations and partnership agreements.
