Biomedical Scientist

As a Biomedical Scientist in Haematology & Transfusion, youll:

Youll combine precision, problem-solving and teamwork to deliver accurate results that make a real difference to patient care.

We’re looking for someone who brings both technical expertise and team spirit:

IBMS-accredited degree and HCPC registration (IBMS Registration Portfolio completed).

Experience working in NHS Haematology & Blood Transfusion, including out-of-hours shifts.

Sound knowledge of health & safety and strict respect for patient confidentiality.

Confident working independently and demonstrating excellent laboratory practice.

Clear, precise communication skills, both written and verbal, with colleagues at all levels.

A strong team player, calm under pressure, with a friendly and approachable manner.

Enthusiastic about ongoing training, development and service improvement.

Flexible, adaptable, and ready to take on new challenges.
