Bank Registered Nurse

Undertaking shifts as a Bank Registered Nurse on a temporary basis in a ward / department within the hospital setting.

Working effectively and efficiently and in collaboration with the multi professional teams to deliver high quality and individualised patient care.

Be responsible to the nurse in charge or where appropriate act as shift leader, delivering direct patient care as assigned and supporting junior colleagues

The role is varied, equally challenging and rewarding, where you will have the opportunity to really make a difference to the experience of our patients. Whether this is supporting patients in their rehabilitation and recovery following an operation or a period of acute illness or providing holistic and compassionate care for patients at the end of life.

Working as a Bank Registered Nurse in a variety of wards / departments within the hospital setting.

Qualifications

Essential: - NMC Adult Nurse Registration; - Evidence of post graduate continuing professional development

Experience

Essential: - 12 months post graduate experience in an acute hospital setting in the UK

Skills

Essential: - Effective communication, Good IT/Computer skills Caring, compassionate and empathetic.
