Bank Prescribing Pharmacist required in Basingstoke - attractive remuneration package! We have opportunities for Prescribing Pharmacists to join Englands leading Primary Care Providers Bank division, supporting colleagues and practices across Basingstoke with continuity of care for patients during periods of absence and annual leave. Key duties will include: Prescribing, online and telephone clinical triage, management of minor illness and LTC advice. Delivering safe, clinical decisions and expert care as well as working collaboratively with all team members of a multi professional team and driving innovation, modernisation and high levels of staff and patient satisfaction.
