As a Bank Administrative Assistant in Contraception and Sexual Health, you will work as part of the care system in Cheshire West and Chester. You will perform reception duties, update patient personal details, manage follow-up appointments, and maintain patient case notes. Your role includes ensuring accurate patient demographics, handling telephone enquiries politely, supporting negative results communication, and maintaining filing systems. You will also perform basic copy typing, manage incoming mail, and work across several locations in Cheshire. Qualifications

Essential

  • Has a full UK driving licence and access to a car. Recent experience working in an administrative or customer service role. Familiar with IT systems. Has worked in the NHS / healthcare (desirable).
