The postholder will
-
Manage and provide leadership to the administrative team, ensuring the effective delivery of Learning and Development administrative and system support services.

Lead key workstreams relating to Fundamental Training and Corporate Induction, supporting effective delivery, monitoring, compliance and continuous improvement across the Trust.

Analyse, interpret and report training and compliance data for a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, providing accurate information to support assurance, governance and decision-making.

Coordinate the management and provision of technical system support for the Trust's appraisal and 1-to-1 processes, including supporting users and ensuring effective system administration.

Provide specialist advice and technical support relating to ESR and other IT and Learning and Development systems, supporting effective system utilisation, data quality and reporting.

Work collaboratively with managers, subject matter experts and other key stakeholders to ensure Learning and Development systems and processes effectively support organisational compliance and workforce development.

ESR Knowledge
Essential
- Extensive experience of working within a Learning and Development function
- Extensive knowledge and practical experience of ESR Learning Management
- Significant experience of extracting, analysing and reporting Learning and Development and training compliance data
- Experience of managing or supervising staff and working effectively with a range of stakeholders
- Experience of leading or coordinating key Learning and Development workstreams, such as statutory and mandatory/Fundamental Training, Corporate Induction, competency mapping and compliance reporting.
Desirable
- Experience of using Microsoft Power BI
- Experience of developing or configuring ESR BI dashboards
- Experience of project management or leading service improvement/change projects
