You will work with patients with a range of complex needs following vascular surgical interventions, developingknowledge and skills within this specialist service.
You will have opportunity toconsolidateclinical skills, buildexperienceand invest in quality improvement developments.
Youwill be supported with induction/training and supervision.Developmentwill besupported underpinnedby the RCOT Pillars of Practice and Cardiff and Vale Occupational Therapy Strategy. You will deliver occupationally focused practice, delivering outcomes that matter to people usingevidence basedpractice and research.
A seven-day service is delivered in some services.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.

Qualifications
Essential: - Recognised qualification degree/ equivalent in Occupational Therapy; - HCPC registration; - Practice Educators training
Experience

- Previous clinical experience relevant to the post
- Broad experience across Occupational Therapy
- Experience of working as part of MDT
- Actice involvement in service development and quality initiatives

- Demonstrate clinical skills within the specialist area
- Proven ability to manage a caseload
- Excellent communication skills
