We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Band 5 Speech and Language Therapist to join our supportive Paediatric Therapy Team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with children and young people who present with a wide range of speech, language, communication, and feeding needs, delivering high-quality, child-centred care within a multidisciplinary environment.

In this role, you will manage a general paediatric caseload, working with children who have varied and complex needs while accessing appropriate support, supervision, and professional development opportunities. Newly qualified therapists are welcomed and will be supported to develop towards autonomous practice through structured supervision, mentoring, and guidance from their line manager and experienced colleagues.

Through collaborative working with families, education staff, health professionals, and wider agencies, you will help children and young people develop, maintain, and maximise their communication potential and achieve meaningful outcomes.
