The Logistics operative will carry out the following Facilities Management functions:
Receipt and Distribution of Healthcare related products
Transportation of linen cages, waste bins / carts in and around hospital environments.
Driving of trust vehicles.
Patient moves (reception to department or department to department
Domestic and Reception cover
Conveyance and movement of patients by wheelchair, trolley, bed etc. including assisting clinical staff to reduce risk
Movement of deceased persons complying with Trust Policies and Procedures
To ensure all waste is collected, transported and disposed of in accordance with Trust Policies and procedures and current legislation.
