You should have excellent keyboard skills and a working knowledge of Windows based computer packages, in particular Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
You will need to have an awareness of the confidentiality and equality issues associated with working in a Clinical Support Services environment.

QUALIFICATION
Essential
- GCSE Maths and English level or equivalent
Desirable
- Competent keyboard skills
EXPERIENCE
Essential
- Demonstrate office environment experience, working with a team
Desirable
- Relevant experience working in a pressurised environment
SKILLS/ KNOWLEDGE
Essential
- Competent to process basic clerical tasks accurately, following instructions
- Able to produce simple calculations accurately
- Competent to operate fax and photocopying machines
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office based applications, such as Word, Excel and Access
