West Sussex is an area of natural beauty surrounded by the South Downs National Park and bordered by the beautiful south coastline, highlighted by the Witterings beach. This location is perfect for someone who enjoys the outdoors. It also has strong transport links to Brighton, London, Southampton and Portsmouth.

An individual who has the ambition to develop their clinical skills and who is capable of working within a close team to deliver compassionate care to a variety of patients. See attached person specification for further details.

To manage a caseload of patients with a variety of conditions.

To formulate and deliver an individual treatment programme based on asound knowledge of evidence-based practice and treatment options using clinical assessment and reasoning skills.

To treat all patients with respect and courtesy, maintaining dignity andrespecting individual needs and differences, both physical and cultural.

To complete the SCFT Preceptorship programme through regular supervision and professional support (staff in their first year post-qualification)

To be involved in the support of Band 2, 3 and 4 staff as well as studenteducation.

To work effectively as a team member in providing and facilitating a high standard of personalised therapeutic and rehabilitative support.

To provide assessments that appropriately inform therapy, social andrehabilitative pathways taking account of the fluctuating needs of the patient and assist in evaluating the outcomes.

Formulate and deliver a personalised treatment programme based on a sound knowledge of evidence-based practice and treatment options using specific clinical assessment, reasoning skills and knowledge of treatment skills.

To report and document variances in a patients condition or planned pathway of care.

To offer advice and support and education on healthcare to both patients and carers.
