We have an exciting opportunity for a Band 3 Team Administrator to join our friendly, supportive, and dedicated team within the Woking Community Team ...
To act as the main admin resource for the team, processing referrals,letters and other communications effectively to aid with the smooth running of the reception area and provide efficient administrative support for team members.
- Receive & process referrals.
- Process discharge paperwork & update system accordingly
- Type all letters for the team.
- Book appointments on patient record system/ update case notes on patient record system as required.
- Take minutes at team meetings & transcribe accurately.
- Answer telephone calls & relay messages in timely manner.

Qualifications
Essential
- NVQ Level 3 in Business Admin or equivalent experience
Experience
Essential
- Minimum of 1 years working in an administrative role
Desirable
- Understanding of medical terminology
- Knowledge of SystmOne
- Shorthand/Speedwriting
