We are recruiting for an Audiology Administrator who shares our vision to be trusted to provide consistently outstanding care and exemplary service to...

Managing incoming referrals, ensuring all information is accurately recorded on the relevant systems.

Booking patient appointments into clinics as directed by clinicians.

Sending appointment communications to patients, including letters and text notifications.

Providing reception cover by welcoming patients, checking them in for appointments, and offering relevant information before and after their visit.

Booking follow-up appointments as required to support continuity of care.

Managing and responding to enquiries received via email, ensuring all queries are handled promptly and appropriately.

Checking patients in for the appointment and providing any relevant information prior to or after their appointment

Qualifications / Training

Essential

  • Educated to GCSE

Previous Experience

Essential

  • Experience of working in a health care environment.
  • Previous IT skills, including use of Mircosoft Office
  • Experience working with various stakeholders
  • Experience of dealing with patients
  • Proficient in email use
  • Experience using a patient or client management system

Desirable

  • Experience using Lorenzo.

Skills

Essential

  • Able to demonstrate good communication skills, verbal & written
  • Ability to prioritise and work under pressure
  • Able to manage own workload without supervision
  • Able to multi-task
