We are a thriving 15,000-patient PMS practice at the heart of Battersea:
Six GP Partners, eight Associate GPs, three Practice Nurses and two Health Care Assistants
A strong in-house team - Paramedics, First Contact Physiotherapists, Pharmacists, Social Prescribers, Health & Wellbeing Coaches and Care Coordinators, based on site
A Training Practice, supervising GP Registrars and teaching medical students
EMIS Web, high QOF and IIF achievement, and a CQC rating of Good across every domain
Strong, active links with Battersea PCN and the ICB, and with GP leadership locally, regionally and nationally
Every day the whole clinical team stops for a proper lunchtime meeting - time to talk through the cases that are weighing on someone, get a second opinion, and decompress with colleagues.
GPs hold leadership roles beyond the practice too - within Battersea PCN,
across South West London's cancer and system-level work, and nationally with
organisations. We have exceptional Google reviews (4.6 stars) and 95.7% of
our patients would recommend us! (based on NHS Friends & Family test
results of 2025/2026 with 2,263 responses).
