Working with Registered Practitioners and Consultants, you will assist in the smooth operation of theatres by performing delegated perioperative duties within a competency framework across Scrub, Anaesthetics, and Recovery. This role is ideal for an experienced theatre support worker or Assistant Practitioner aiming to advance their career in perioperative services.

- Support safe, effective patient care in the perioperative pathway.
- Assist with theatre prep, patient positioning, and equipment checks.
- Work with the theatre team in Scrub, Anaesthetic, and Recovery areas.
- Maintain infection prevention, patient safety, and clinical governance.
- Support patient flow and theatre productivity.
- Escalate concerns and work within ATP role scope.
- Contribute to a multidisciplinary team.
What you'll bring
- ATP qualification.
- Theatre skills in Scrub, Anaesthetics, and/or Recovery.
- Ability to work in a team and independently.
- Flexible, positive attitude.
