Key duites include
- Monitor and review patient care and/or treatment progress using the Patient Tracking List.
- Identify from the Tracking List the next steps in the patient care pathway in line with clinical need (peer review).
- Receive patient referrals and administer in line with timings and requirements as set out in Trust and National policies
- Provide day-to-day supervision and oversight of duties for the department's administrators.
- Providing support for day-to-day queries from administrators.
- Responsible for collecting and updating patient information on the relevant databases in line with local policy

Education/ Qualifications
Essential
- A Level or equivalent
- NVQ level 3 or equivalent experience
Skills/Abilities
Essential
- Able to work as part of a team
- Able to confidently deal with the public and manage a range of patient calls
- Able to organise own workload & Able to work under pressure and in stressful situations
- Excellent verbal communication skills and telephone manner & Good written communication skills
- Computer literate with good keyboard skills
