Assist with day-to-day non-clinical operations,
IT systems, human resources, staff line management, and maintaining CQC
compliance under the guidance of the Practice Manager.
Take ownership of specific workflows such as
rota management, patient feedback, and contractual targets such as QOF and enhanced
services.
Assume ultimate responsibility for practice
leadership, strategic planning, financial budgeting, and external stakeholder
engagement, ICB and PCN, upon the departure of the current manager.

We are a 4 GP partner, dispensing, training surgery, with a friendly and committed team working to ensure the smooth running of the surgery.
Experience
Essential
- The Person Specification
- Experience- Proven administrative or operational supervisory experience, ideally within an NHS general practice or primary care setting.
- Skills - Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities, with strong IT literacy - EMIS Web experience is a distinct advantage.
- Mindset - Proactive, resilient, commercially aware, and eager to step up into a senior executive leadership role.
