Undertake Mental Health Act assessments in line with current legislation and statutory guidance.Work collaboratively with health professionals, emergency services, and partner agencies.Make informed decisions to safeguard individuals experiencing mental health crises.Maintain accurate case records and complete statutory documentation.Deliver person-centred interventions while promoting the least restrictive options wherever possible. Requirements

Qualified Social Worker with a recognised Social Work qualification.Current Approved Mental Health Professional (AMHP) qualification and approval.Experience undertaking Mental Health Act assessments.Strong knowledge of the Mental Health Act, Mental Capacity Act, and relevant legislation.Excellent communication, assessment, and decision-making skills.
