Qualifications
Essential
- Educated to A level standard
- English and Maths qualifications at Level 2 (GCSE grades 9 to 4 or A*-C or Functional/Key Skills at Level 2)
Experience & Knowledge
Essential
- Demonstrable IT literacy with knowledge of generic software packages
Desirable
- Experience of undertaking regulated investigative work
- Experience of assisting in the provision of anti-fraud services to NHS organisations
- Understanding of NHS structure and finance
- Experience of using IT as an investigative tool to counter fraud, bribery and corruption
Skills
Essential
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent decision making skills
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- Good analytical skills with acute attention to relevant detail
- Ability to quickly understand new concepts
- Logical and methodical approach to problem solving
- Willingness to undertake the Accredited Counter Fraud Specialist Training
