Advice & Information Helpline Worker (Mental Health) Erdington, Birmingham £26,229 per annum (full time equivalent), £13,115 to £20,983 pro rata for 18.75 to 30 hours per week 37.5 (full time) and 18.75 to 30 HPW (part time) - to cover rota’d activity between 9am–11pm The Helpline is open 7 days per week with a rolling rota consisting of shifts from 9am to 5pm and 3pm to 11pm, including weekends.
