As an Administrator your responsibilities will vary. You will
- Contribute to the delivery of administration services, to the healthcare team on site
- Work within a busy team, completing a variety of administrative tasks.
- Working on SystemOne
- Booking appointments.
- Dealing with referrals.
- Organising gate passes for visitors
- Attending meetings and taking minutes
- Other general admin duties

We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our Administration team at HMP Bullingdon, a category B Prison located in Bicester, Oxfordshire.
HMP Bullingdon is a busy male remand prison based with a capacity for 1,100 inmates. There is free parking on site.
We are recruiting for an Administrator to support the wider healthcare team. Previous administration experience within healthcare and use of SystmOne would be beneficial. Hours
Monday - Friday 0900 - 1700 Salary
This position is full time, youll receive an annual salary up to £28,575 per annum.

Qualifications required
- English and Maths at GCSE or equivalent
- Previous admin experience within healthcare (desirable).
- Ability to prioritise workload
- Excellent communication skills
- A non-judgmental and compassionate approach
- Good IT skills and IT literacy
- Ability to work within a busy environment
