An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administrator / Ward Receptionist Apprentice to join our busy team at the Children's Hospital for Wales. Thi...
To be responsible for co-ordinating administrative tasks relating to the operational running of the Children's Ward. Answering telephone queries, receiving patients, relatives and visitors to the department, and co-ordinate online patient documentation through computerised patient management systems.
To attend regular review meetings with the supervisor and assessor, leading to an Apprenticeship Qualification in Digital Skills for Business Level 2.
This qualification consists of
Apprenticeship Level 2 Diploma in Digital Skills for Business
Agored Diploma in Digital Skills for Business (QCF)
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.

Qualifications
Essential: - Minimum of 5 GCSEs (Grades A-C) including Maths and English
Experience
Essential: - Knowledge of Microsoft Packages
