Job description
Job overview This role is part of the Medical Workforce team, with responsibility for leading our admin team. The team provides key services to our clinical areas, running the resident doctor absence line as well as the NUH Medical Bank. The Admin Manager will also provide analysis of premium pay and sickness trends as required and support the active but supportive management of resident doctor sickness in partnership with the Employee Relations team.
