As an Admin Assistant at a Barchester care home, you will carry out responsibilities to help deliver quality care and support our residents deserve. The role requires answering phones, handling files, and supporting managers. Admin Assistants also meet and greet visitors, engage with residents, and show prospective clients and their families around to showcase what makes Barchester different. Candidates should have good computer skills, be able to multi-task, and have a confident telephone manner. It's essential to be a people person, taking genuine interest in residents and their families.

ABOUT THE ROLEAs an Admin Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll carry out a range of responsibilities to help us deliver the quality care and support our residents deserve. In this varied role, we'll need you to answer the phone, handle our files and support our managers. You'll also meet and greet visitors, engage with residents and show prospective clients and their families around so they can see what makes us so different. Across everything you do as an Admin Assistant here, you'll go out of your way to help us create a vibrant, happy environment.
